Alisa Designs' doll clothes sales reached a milestone just before Christmas. Doll clothes have been sold in four continents (Europe, North America, Asia, Australia and Oceania) between 2020 and 2024. The number of target countries has already reached fifty, if the North American states are counted as their own countries.

Alisa Designs made-to-order ambulance driver costumes and nurse costumes can be seen at the Texas Museum, Black History exhibit.

In addition to the outfits for the two male dolls and two female dolls currently in the exhibition, the exhibition will also include more outfits made by Alisa Designs. The costumes for the exhibition are made to order based on photographs, taking into account the wishes of the customer.
